smartforms ACTIVE ERROR "fields has no defined value"

當要ACTIVE SMARTFORMS 的時候出現警告訊息
 程式可以ACTIVE語法檢查也會過
但是就是會出現 fields has no defined value




這時 要在初始化的地方
INPUT/OUTPUT都放入出現ERROR MESSAGE的參數即可
